Overview

Servisin is a mobile marketplace MVP connecting customers with home-appliance repair technicians. The platform handles customer requests, technician matching, service tracking, and administrative workflows.

Problem

Finding reliable home-appliance repair technicians is difficult for customers, and technicians lack digital channels to reach new clients.

My Role

Backend-Focused Full-Stack Developer, Product Designer & Business Architect

Owned the Laravel backend, contributed to the React Native frontend, and co-created the product and business design with the group, including user personas, customer journeys, competitor analysis, Figma prototyping, the Business Model Canvas, financial modelling, and IRR validation.

My exact contribution

  • Designed the marketplace flow from customer onboarding, service discovery, booking navigation, technician profile, transaction detail, and subscription surface.
  • Planned backend/admin architecture, technician workflow, and service-operation process for the MVP.
  • Built the business model, financial assumptions, and IRR validation used in the Technopreneur final project.
